Abstract:
AIMS. artery illness is one in every of most typical diseases of human society. cardiac arrhythmia is one in every of most typical internal organ dysrhythmias that cause prolonged admission (2-3 days quite different patients), high mortality and enlarged treatment prices. METHODS. This study could be a cross-sectional and descriptive trial. Studied cluster had consisted of patients observed 2 Baqiyatallah and internal organ Jamaran hospitals for surgical graft of coronary vessels in year 1384. during this study 600 patients were evaluated and studied. Obtained information were analyzed and assessed with descriptive statistics via tables, graphs and distribution of standing of objective variables. RESULTS. Mean age of patients was fifty eight.6 years with variance of ten.2 years, that youngest age of cases was thirty four and oldest age was eighty one years. the foremost common complication was cardiac arrhythmia (31.3%) and least common complication was MI (1.3%). CONCLUSION. it's recommended to try and do necessity surgical care, together with precise assessment of patient standing, correction and management of solution disturbances and predisposing factors. conjointly this complication may well be reduced with correction of surgical procedures, less and delicate manipulation of heart and management of solution disturbances.
