Abstract:
Introduction : vessel diseases ar the foremost explanation for mortality in girls and men everywhere the globe. This study aimed to judge the prevalence of vessel diseases and associated risk factors within the senior folks. Methods: This descriptive study has been done on 382 senior folks in 2009. Samples were chosen from completely different regions of national capital town by random-cluster sampling technique . knowledge was collected by research worker created form and conjointly measuring of the peak and weight (body-mass index), pressure level, blood lipids and fast glucose. the info analyzed exploitation descriptive-analytical statistical procedure and SPSS seventeen software package. Results: Risk factors of internal organ tube diseases (and their prevalence) enclosed fat and overweight (48.1%), high acylglycerol (37.2%), lack of exercise (36.4%), high cholesterin (32.2%), high pulse (%31.4) and pulsation (28.0%) pressure level, vessel diseases (27.3%), tobacco consumption (19.7%), high fast glucose (14.7%), and positive case history (13.4%). Prevalence of various risk factors of internal organ tube diseases was considerably higher in men than girls .
