Abstract:
Aims: Sexual subjects area unit a very important a part of human health. Sexual conseling would like of myocardial infarct (MI) patients area unit oftentimes unnoticed a lot of and a lot of by nurses. This study was to research the information of nurses concerning sexual activities and additionally their perspective concerning its educating to MI patients and their spouses. Methods: during this analytical cross-sectional study, three hundred nurses of heart wards from hospitals of Kerman University of Medical Sciences in 2006 were selected by census sampling methodology and studied. required data was collected by 2 questionnaires to guage attitudes and information of nurses. information was analyzed by SPSS eleven.5 applied mathematics code with freelance T-test and multivariate analysis. Results: The mean total score of information of nurses was eleven.26±6.4 and therefore the mean total perspective score was 68±10.9. Studied nurses were nonheritable fifty four of the whole score of information and seventy six of the whole score of perspective. Correlation between the whole score of information and perspective showed a big positive relationship (p=0.0001 r=0.66) . Conclusion: because of inadequate information and positive perspective of nurses during this field, information of them is promoted by designing courses so as to assist patients
