Abstract:
coaching berth amount has the essential role in creating skills and skilled talents of nursing and obstetrical students. With any rate that coaching is vital in obstetrical units, its importance is double in intensive units. The goal of this study was to elucidate students’ trainers and head nurses’ experiences and their opinion concerning intensive unit coaching. Methods: This qualitative-research could be a theme analysis study during which, 9 nursing students, 5 nursing trainers, four head nurses of surgery unit and one instructional supervisor selected and interviewed supported goal sampling. All interviews were written on a paper and analyzed. Results: By analyzing the written texts, there have been a large variety of primary themes and 5 main themes that had some secondary themes. Main themes were the factors associated with smart management of the trainers, factors concerning trainers expertise and his enough data, factors associated with manager’s management in higher levels to coaching, factors associated with the expertise and data of trainers and factors associated with trainers' management. All the themes classified to 2 robust and weak levels. Conclusion: whereas it's been mirrored from all the ideas that there area unit clear strengths in intensive units coaching, there area unit some weaknesses which may be eliminated by smart management.
