Abstract:

M any deaths and far semipermanent disabilities can even be prevented through strengthening trauma and emergency care. the aim of this study was to survey the prehospital emergency performance of Persia. Methods: during this cross-sectional descriptive study throughout Apr to August 2009, fifteen managers and consultants of medical emergency and incident management operating in health, treatment and medical education ministry were selected by doable sampling methodology evaluated . information gathering done by interview, military operation special type and analysis of documents. information analysis was conducted by SPSS eleven code. Results: interval in whole urban zones of country except Teheran town was seven minutes and fourteen minutes in community zones, generic coverage by incident managment was thirty third, variety of ambulances were three.19 for each a hundred thousand of population, dispatch coverage was eightieth, proportion of early aids pervasives were fifty eight and used care model was mixed. Conclution: Prehospital emergency is sort of smart in Persia however distances from fascinating and customary condition.
