Abstract:
Aims. vas unwellnesss and particularly artery disease is that the main supply of morbidity and mortality and artery bypass graft (CABG) remains the most procedure for this widespread unhealthiness. This study was to analyze the correlation between length of post of canulisation and therefore the complication when open-heart surgery. Methods. A cross-sectional study performed on 600 consecutive patients undergone open-heart surgery in 2 capital of Iran hospitals and therefore the correlation between complication when open-heart surgery and length of post operation canulisation studied mistreatment SPSS eleven.5 applied math package. Results. The mean age of patients was fifty eight.6 ± 10/2 years and regarding seventy three of the study population were males. The minimum and most canulisation length was eight.81 and 24.75 hours, severally. Conclusion. The length of canulisation has important correlation with post operation complications enclosed post operation hemorrhage, reoperation, symptom heart disease when operation, cardiopulmonary arrest and cardiovascular disease when hemodynamic stability.
