During the COVID-19 pandemic, self-isolation is a temporary strategy to stop the virus from spreading. All foreign nationals entering Russia are required to abide by the self-isolation laws. Since April 2, 2020, nearly all Russian Federation residents have complied with the self-isolation guidelines. Additionally, roughly 6 million people in Moscow, the capital of Russia, have segregated themselves this month. Generally speaking, 100 million Russian residents were living in self-isolation on Russian land.

A serious condition that is observed in emergency rooms across the globe, cardiac arrest occurs at a rate of 330,000 in the US and 275,000 in the EU annually [1]. A vital component in the survival of patients experiencing cardiac arrest is providing high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), which includes proper aided ventilation, minimal interruption of compression, and successful chest compression.

The According to the World Health Organization (WHO), tetanus is an acute infection brought on by the neurotoxinproducing bacteria Clostridium tetani [1]. Animal excrement, dust, and dirt are all home to the obligate anaerobic bacillus Clostridium tetani, which is Grampositive and sporeforming. The WHO notes that the death rate has improved after vaccination, supporting the idea that tetanus is a preventable disease [2].

Following the abrupt turn of COVID-19 into a pandemic, humanity had to confront an unseen new foe. People needed to adhere to cleanliness regulations and have access to suitable means of protection against the infection. Populations with low levels of education are more likely to have global public health issues, which can lead to an increase in the spread of infectious illnesses. In addition to being crucial for people’s personal and social well-being, health is also a requirement for economic expansion and productivity.

Despite the development of sophisticated modern trauma systems, trauma arrest upon damage is nevertheless typically irreversible and results in immediate mortality [1]. Approximately 60% of all deaths attributable to trauma are immediate deaths. +e total survival rate after traumatic arrest during the prehospital phase is as low as 3.7%, and even after performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), prior studies found very poor outcomes [2]. Therefore, the introduction of termination of resuscitation (TOR) guidelines for situations involving an acute traumatic arrest may help to prevent the needless use of expensive resources and unnecessary medical intervention.
