Abstract:
Megaduodenum could be a rare anomaly in adults. it's typically primary or is also secondary to Chagas malady or general pathology. This rare downside are often managed by several surgical techniques. syndrome that was managed with success with a facet to facet Roux-en-Y duodenojejunostomy.
