Osler-Weber-Rendu malady (OWRD) or Hereditary hurt Telangiectasia (HHT) could be a rare chromosome dominant disorder that causes muco-cutanesous and visceral tube abnormalcy and leads to inflated tendency for haemorrhage [1-4]. Patients with HHT might gift with sort of symptoms and management differs consequently. haemorrhage is that the commonest symptom of HHT and body covering telangiectasia the foremost common sign [5]. Here we tend to describe the anaesthesia management of a patient presenting with haemorrhage in emergency tormented by this syndrome.
