Sarcina ventriculi ar gram positive microorganism that ar found in water and soil and thrive in low pH atmosphere. while the pathogenicity of this microorganism isn't totally understood, they're notable to infect humans and animals through bodily function of contaminated material. As expected within the literature this can be the primary case report of Sarcina ventriculi during a patient with higher gi malignancy. though the microorganism don't seem to behave as a microorganism, their presence warrants more investigations for causes of gastroparesis like bariatric surgery or malignancy.
