Abstract:A four year recent son bestowed with a history of cat bite iatrogenic dental trauma. This resulted in loss of primary jaw left central tooth, intrusion of primary jaw right central tooth and laborious swelling within the labial animal tissue within the region of primary jaw right lateral tooth and canine. Routine radiographs discovered the presence of multiple calcified lots in relevancy the first jaw right lateral tooth and canine. The treatment enclosed surgical removal of the tooth like structures beneath local anesthesia to forestall any more damage to the growing tooth bud. Histopathology confirmed the presence of compound odontome. There has been no episode of repeat at one year follow up amount. the foremost damaging sequel of injuries to primary teeth is their effects on the developing permanent teeth. thus the management of injuries to primary teeth ought to aim for minimizing damage to the adult tooth buds.
