A preprint is a preliminary version of a scholarly or scientific paper that is shared publicly before formal peer review and publication in a peer-reviewed journal.

Editorial Guidelines

Editors are responsible for monitoring and guaranteeing the equity, speed, dedication, and gentility of the peer review editing process. Editors ensure that all manuscripts submitted go through a peer review procedure, and that at least two reviewers who are experts in the field consider the peer-reviewed manuscript.

Editors examine articles based on their scholarly merit, creativity, and relevance to the journal's scope, regardless of the author's gender, ethnicity, affiliation, political influence, or prejudice. The journal's editorial board will make the decision on article publishing, and no other government or agency will be held culpable. The Editor-in-Chief has authority and accountability for all content and manuscripts published in the journal.

Except for the potential reviewers, corresponding author, and publisher, no information about the paper submitted to the journal will be revealed by editorial staff or board members.

The journal's Editorial Board will not use unpublished information for personal study or other purposes without the author's unambiguous written consent. All information and ideas received when handling manuscripts for editors will be kept strictly confidential and will not be used for personal gain. Editors will remove themselves from manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest due to competitive or collaborative relationships with authors, companies, or institutions related to the manuscripts, and will delegate responsibility for the manuscript to another editorial member.

Editors (in collaboration with the publisher) will take appropriate action when unethical behaviour or concerns are made regarding manuscripts submitted and published articles in the journal, even if discovered after several years of publication. Cases of suspected misconduct or alleged unethical behaviour will be investigated and any necessary revisions or concerns will be published in the journal.

We passionately support accuracy, dependability, and credibility as the cornerstones of scientific publishing. Because of this, the peer review process is quite important, and we have used it for all of our content. In order to be genuinely impartial, we work closely with the impartial researchers and journal editors to decide whether or not to publish an article.

It is suggested that authors who are interested to join in our journal's editorial board, please review these peer review process and author guidelines.
